For years we contemplated on getting our SAS70 / SOC 2 report.  Although we had a lot of policies and procedures in place, we felt going through this process will be painful.  It all changed once we got Jack engaged to help us. His expertise enabled us to quickly put all of our documentation in order, polish those that needed attention and helped us develop new policies, where needed. We have gone through two audits with no issues.  We highly recommend him to any organization that wants to go through this path.
